Flights & Fleurs
Gather with neighbors and visitors alike in the spirit of the Finger Lakes, as Steuben Brewing and Nouveau Flower Farm come together to celebrate local craft beverages, sustainable agriculture, and creative artistry.
In this one-hour workshop series, you’ll sip on a flight of wine, cider, or beer from Steuben Brewing while learning the art of floral design with Holly Fusco of Nouveau Flower Farm. Every stem is locally grown in the Finger Lakes on Holly's farm using sustainable practices, and Holly will share the story behind each flower as you create your own take-home masterpiece.
Throughout the growing season, the floral offerings will change as different varieties come into maturity—making Flights & Fleurs a perfect way to enjoy a fresh, seasonal arrangement in your home each month.
Depending on the event date, guests will craft a beautifully paper-wrapped bouquet or a lush 360° jarred arrangement—step-by-step guidance included, no experience needed!
Bring a friend, bring your family, bring your kiddos—everyone is welcome to participate. Enjoy your creation, your drink flight, and stunning views of Keuka Lake along the way.

Tony Holiday and Laura Chavez make a standout blues pairing, combining soulful, high-energy vocals and harmonica with elite, fiery guitar work.
Tony Holiday is a critically acclaimed, multi–award-recognized blues artist with Billboard Blues chart success and a strong reputation in the modern Memphis blues scene. Laura Chavez is a Blues Music Award winner (Instrumentalist – Guitar, 2023), widely regarded as one of the top contemporary blues guitarists.
Together, they deliver an electrifying, award-caliber blues performance that blends raw emotion, virtuosity, and deep groove.

Eli Flynn & The Everymen NYE BASH
Eli Flynn & The Everymen bring a powerful blend of roots rock, Americana, and soulful songwriting to the stage. Fronted by Rochester-based singer-songwriter Eli Flynn, the band is known for heartfelt lyrics, rich harmonies, and dynamic performances that connect deeply with audiences. Their sound draws from classic American music traditions while feeling fresh and modern—making for an energetic, feel-good show that’s equally suited for dancing, listening, and celebrating.
Steve Grills & The Roadmasters
Steve Grills is a staple on the Rochester, New York, blues scene and has been for 30 years. Grills made his musical debut in his brother’s blues band performing between sets of Rochester luminary Joe Beard in the late 1970s at a local club called the K&T Tavern. Now, Grills makes his album debut with After Hours on Rochester’s Toogaloo Label. Also appearing on the album is longtime Grills collaborator and member of his band, pianist Ernest Lane, who is perhaps better known as a member of the Ike and Tina Turner review and occasional partner of Robert Nighthawk, Earl Hooker, and Houston Stackhouse, among others.
Aaron Lipp & Gabe Schliffer Canceled Due to Winter Storm
Gabe and Aaron are longtime collaborators and former bandmates from The Cabin Killers. The duo brings deep musical chemistry, weaving strings, rhythm, and song into a dynamic and soulful performance. Catch Aaron & Gabe live as a duo on December 26th.
Bobby Henrie & The Goners Rockabilly Christmas Show
Bobby Henrie & the Goners play authentic old-school Rockabilly and roots Rock’n’Roll. This show will have a focus on holiday music and christmas rockabilly.
Jackson Cavalier
Jackson Cavalier delivers a dynamic Americana experience as a one-man band, blending elements of folk, blues, country, and bluegrass with raw energy and heartfelt storytelling. Utilizing a electrified parlor guitar, foot drums with a rhythmic drive, and layered harmonica solos, his lyrics and performances evoke the spirit of dusty back-roads and smoky bars, exploring themes of heartbreak, wanderlust, and redemption with an authentic, modern edge.
Aaron Lipp
In March 2013, Aaron began touring with internationally renowned pedal-steel funk/soul guitarist Robert Randolph & The Family Band playing Hammond B3 Organ, Keyboards, Guitar and sang backup vocals for the group. During this time, he shared the stage with Buddy Guy, Taj Mahal, Anders Osbourne, The Slide Brothers, and more as well as performing on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Late Night with David Letterman, and the Kelly and Michael show. The group toured through Europe in early summer 2013 as well as a heavily scheduled album release tour of "Lickety Split" on the mainland United States.
Since early winter 2013, Aaron has taken an extended hiatus from touring to pursue several musical projects as well as diverse original songwriting. He has been the frontman and principal songwriter of the local group The Cabin Killers who have performed at many regional venues and festivals. Aaron also spends time working on several Bluegrass and Old Time musical projects with members of The Henrie Brothers. He can be found playing regionally with bands such as The Cabin Killers, Giant Panda Guerilla Dub Squad, The Campbell Brothers, Axis Armada, Richie Stearns & Rosie Newton, South Hill Cider String Band, The Prickers and The Henrie Brothers, just to name a few.
The Ripcords
The Ripcords have performed across the northeast to crowds in New York City and Boston as well as their home in Central New York for just about twenty years. Some of the many stages they've graced include: the New York State Blues Festival, Taste of Syracuse, Central New York Jazz Fest, the Inner Harbor Block Party, Performance Harlee Davidson, Stage of Nations Blue Rain ECOfest and the Ganondagan Native American Festival. Outside of New York The Ripcords have played Saratoga Race Track, Brockton Blues Festival - MA & EarthDance - Napa Valley, CA. The band and its members have opened for and played on bills with such noted musicians as Santana, Steve Miller, Blues Traveler, Ry Cooder, Rick Derringer, Phish, John Lee Hooker, Edgar Winter, Leon Russell, Kim Simmonds, Terrance Simien, Gene Taylor, Bill Kirchen, and Chip Taylor over the years. Steve Palumbo joined the group November 2016 as the new drummer.
