12 oz. 60:40 Sterling:Tardif de Bourgogne Pilsner-6 pack
We are debuting a new series of beers called 60:40, in 12oz cans. These beers are made with 60% NYS ingredients and 40% from another growing region.
60:40 Galena:Galaxy-double dry hopped with NYS Galena and Australian Galaxy. Aromas of cotton candy, nectarine, mango. 60% organic grain grown in Penn Yan, NY and 40% grown in the UK. Soft, pillowy textures, with subtle notes of honey and bread.
60:40 Sterling:Tardif de Bourgogne Pilsner- light biscuit sweetness and classic Czech noble hop aroma with medium bitterness. 60% NYS Sterling hops and 40% Tardif de Bourgogne hops from France. 60% organic pale malt grown in Penn Yan, NY and 40% Pilzen malt grown in the Czech Republic.
Our Local Liquid beers are made with 100% NYS ingredients.
Local Liquid Pedersen Valley IPA was made with a blend of NYS malts and hops. The hops were grown at Pedersen hop farm in Seneca Castle, NY. Aromas of candied lemon, white peach, subtle pine.

Schedule a meeting or event at Steuben Brewing Company. We are conveniently located in the heart of the Finger Lakes on Keuka Lake. Past events have included Cornell Cooperative Extension annual fundraiser, Renovus Solar information session, company meetings, birthday parties, and bridal/baby showers.
At this time we are unable to accommodate large events such as rehearsal dinners, weddings, etc. We apologize for any inconvenience.
